• The Head of Relationship Management/Deputy Regional Manager is responsible for assisting the Regional Manager in monitoring and achieving results in relation to the following key financial measures:
• Revenue
• NPAT
• RAROC
• ROIC
• Cost-Income Ratio

Enhancers:
• Customer engagement (as measured by the NPS – Net Promoter Score)
• Revenue Growth (growth in Assets & Liabilities, Client Margins, Sweet Spot Clients etc.)
• Improving Credit Quality
• Marketing/Prospects – ensuring service levels are achieved throughout the Region
• Maintenance of MAPS database – ensuring that this is up to date and the conversion of prospects to clients is achieved
