CRM Operations Engineer
You work in a challenging and international environment to enable the bank in providing relevant financial services to our clients, so that the world is fed. You are a Dynamics CRM/365 Ops engineer and part of a T-shaped DevOps team that realizes the bank’s digital ambitions within the wholesale domain, while closely collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
The Wholesale & International domain within IT Systems supports the wholesale bank across the globe. The delivery cluster Wholesale Client delivers and supports global business systems, including process automation in the areas of CRM, Client Onboarding, Client Data Management, Document- and Case Management. The delivery cluster has global responsibility and services over 20+ locations divided in multiple regions. The delivery unit is working closely with strategic programs within other domains to realize the bank’s digital transformation.
Making a difference
You can be a key success factor in meeting those ambitions within the CRM area. ClientLink (a customized version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM) is the global client servicing tool and a client knowledge base that enables users to share accurate client insights worldwide. The solution connects users across the world by providing a complete view of the client and supports the marketing, sales and service processes in the front-office. Subsequently it also contributes to the worldwide connectivity around local franchises and provides management insights in forecasting revenues. In the future the CRM solution will be more prominently visible and will be the ignition of the client lifecycle workflow.

With you included the team will have 11 diverse colleagues in a variety of roles. Your main competence is focussed on operations with a T-shaped attitude. You are able to professionally handle requests and incidents of a demanding international user base while also being involved in change and improvement activities. You are focussed on delivering high quality and value while continuously striving for further improvements.
As Ops engineer you:
Work on academic and intellectual level in the field of Computer Sciences or Business Administration.
Have at least 3 years’ experience in the IT sector.
Have good English communication skills.
Have affinity with business processes and objectives of Wholesale & International.

Have knowledge of and experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, and DevOps.
Background in programming/scripting is a plus (i.e. JAVA/.NET/SOAP/ PowerShell).
Certifications on aforementioned products are a plus.
