Compliance Change & Innovation Officer

By executing all kinds of projects, mainly focused on data and innovation, you as a Change Officer contribute project-based to the further development of the Compliance function. A very diverse function with great added value in achieving the strategic objectives of Compliance.
Making a difference
Together with your colleagues of Compliance Organization Support and especially the squad Change Office, you are responsible for initiating and directing change processes.
As a Change Officer, you are part of a three-person squad, involved in several compliance-wide change initiatives.
You recognize potential for improvement, you know how to translate these into concrete change initiatives and/or process improvements, and you explicitly focus on innovation.
You are able to translate data into legible Management Information (MI) for various levels in the organization.
You have knowledge of data models and experience with the use of Power BI.
You are energized by achieving results, together with others and likes to roll up your sleeves.
Stakeholder management is self-evident to you and naturally involves people in the intended changes.
You actively inform yourself about developments within and outside the organization and translate these into practical applications within the organization.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our Global Compliance Organization Support team is committed to bringing talented people together to strengthen and support the Global Compliance department. Our department joins forces to maintain and strengthen the integrity of Rabobank. We operate in a wide variety of roles. With you as Change Officer, our team will consist of 15 colleagues in a variety of roles, divided over four squads.
Customer focus, complex problem solving, organizational sensitivity, partnership and proactivity are clearly essential for the role of Change Officer. In addition, it is important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:
University degree or equivalent.
You have experience (3-5 years) within an (international) banking environment (risk management), financial supervisor or regulatory authority.
Excellent project management, strong delivery power, business change and data analysis skills.
Knowledge of Power BI (and possibly Power Automate & PowerApps).
Knowledge of data models.
Knowledge of project management (preferably about Agile / Scrum).
Experience as a Lean call (green / black) is an advantage, or you are willing to achieve this.
Team player and change agent.

A salary between € 3.769,74 and € 5.384,14 (function group 9).
