Business Analyst
You & your job
Redefining Housing services for the digital era for our customers by helping to fully automate our back end processes or creating an application for millions of customers from scratch.
Rabobank serves millions of clients globally and owns more than 20% of the private mortgages and 34% of the private savings market in the Netherlands. So you can imagine that straight through processing will make a big difference in the way we work. You can help us with providing the best services to our customers by joining one of our DevOps squads as a business analyst in our Java and SAP teams. You will be part of a large Tribe within Rabobank, Tribe Housing, with a big focus on an engineering culture.
Making a difference
Together with your squad you are responsible for changing and running the SAP Banking solutions. This requires a specific and challenging mind-set, the ability and willingness to have responsibility for the full development process, from requirements to the (continuous) delivery pipeline, up to running in the production environment. Your main focus is on defining business requirements but as a member of a DevOps team you’ll also be working on other activities such as incidents and tests, to make sure your squad delivers future proof solutions.
With each other
- Our squads are a mix of business analysts and IT colleagues and together we create cool stuff! Because development is our passion. We share and learn every single day. Form each other, from you!
- Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our squads bring talented people together to provide the best solutions for our customers and local bank colleagues. We have a natural drive and focus on what we do.
- With each other, we make mistakes as well. Our environment allows that so we can learn from each other and grow as a team.
With you
Within Housing we value integrity, customer focus, an ‘improvement and embracing change’ mind-set. In addition it is important that you are a team player, analytical and communicative and recognise yourself in the checklist below:

- Minimal 5 years experience as a business analyst
