That you as a Business Analyst are the link between business and IT within the Tribe Business Lending. That you will gather, analyse and document the business requirements for new service- and maintenance processes within this landscape and translate this into workable solutions for a Java DevOps team. That you contribute to the renewal of all service- and maintenance processes, making a real impact. You can realise this by strengthening one of our DevOps squads, working on various applications within the Area Loan Servicing.
As a Business Analyst you make a difference;
The Tribe Business Lending has the IT-responsibility for the chain “Geld Nodig Bedrijven” and is divided in 5 different Areas. The Area Loan Servicing is responsible for all activities that are carried out after sales and relate to providing services such as changing, managing or terminating the agreement. These processes can be initiated by the customer and/or the local bank. As Business Analyst in one of our teams you:
work in a DevOps scrum team or in a squad and together you aim for the best possible results;
are responsible for creating, continuously improving and managing different applications (together with your DevOps team);
will gather, analyse and document the different requirements;
align with different stakeholders in for example workshops and design sprints;
support your team with for example test activities or production issues;
help your team improve in the DevOps way of working, taking ownership to the team and share your knowledge.

Bachelor or Masters degree;
5 years or more working experience as a Business Analyst;
Knowledge of Business Analysis methods and best practices;
Self-starter who can work autonomous but also in close cooperation with others;
Able to discuss the translation to a technical (Java) solution architecture;
Knowledge of and experience with Scrum, Agile, LESS and DevOps;
Experience in, or affinity with, the financial sector, the banking sector in particular;
Experience in managing a complex stakeholder environment;
Able to build a network within the company;
Fluent in Dutch and English.

a gross monthly salary between € 3.769,- and € 5.384,- (scale 9), depending on knowledge, experience and education.
