Help to improve the core (credit default) data of Rabobank and to create data based insights into the working capital position of our clients. Make the Working Capital & Trade Finance area and their stakeholders more data driven in the decision making and unlock new business value from existing data.

• Improve the quality of our credit default data
• Analyse the impact of default data requirements on the existing WC&TF systems
• Create requirements for Dashboards, Reports and Insights for bankers and clients
• Increase the efficiency and quality of client pitches resulting in more successful pitches.

Next to the key BA responsibilities you also contribute to the shared DevOps responsibilities of the team by doing other tasks from a T-shape perspective, like testing and production support activities.

You and your talent

(Requirements)

• Experience in Business Analysis in an international Wholesale Banking environment
• Experience with analysis, structuring and modelling of data through querying and visualization
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks (SQL and T-SQL) and the Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
• Ability to translate business needs in good user stories and detailed designs
• You are part of a DevOps team with autonomy, you proactively participate in team decisions and challenge your team members on presented solutions and decisions
• Ability to conduct a business and system impact analysis on change requests
• Result driven with a proactive and problem solving attitude
• Supportive to other teams member in their tasks and personal development
• Maintain a good working relationship with our global stakeholders
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a pre
