You and your job

On behalf of group management you are in charge of one or more workflows within the Agile Transformation program Simplify@Scale. This program focuses on the (re)design of the operating model for our Agile Tribes (departments). The design principles contain the design of the areas and squads, steering, processes and way of working (target operating model). As a Transformation Consultant, your responsibilities include:

  • Co-writing the new organization design or optimization of the design of an existing organization
  • Securing processes within the organization that support the Agile way of working
  • Refining what has already been rolled out. Topics you can think of are: roles and responsibilities and how we set up the management
  • Use Agile organizational design principles smartly in the interest of the organization, instead of the other way around

You and your talent
Analytical skills, conceptual skills and the ability to instigate change and result driven mindset are crucial skills in the role of Transformation Consultant. In addition, you find it important to continuously propose improvements based on evaluations on your own performance, the performance of the team and of the organization. Your personal development and the development of others have therefore your focus.


In addition:

  • You have nominally completed your university education
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in management consultancy, preferably in the field of agile transformations and/or digital transformations
  • You have experience with giving advice and discussing at Executive management level
  • You are a self-starter and can tackle problems by making them small
  • You are a strategic thinker
  • You are analytically and conceptually strong and know how to work fact-based
  • You can deal well with resistance
  • You master the English language. It is a pre if you are fluent in Dutch
  • It is a pre if you have experience within the financial industry

This is what we offer you

  • up to € 8,111.77 gross per month (scale 10 or 11)
  • thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
  • an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out
  • a budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-
  • a personal development budget of € 1,400-
  • a combination of working from home and at the office
  • 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport
  • a pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5% or 5.5% (based on your own preference)
  • 151.2 hours holiday per year including 1 Diversity Day per year
