An area which is responsible for protecting the bank and our customers worldwide from the negative effects of financial crime. As a Product Owner Analytics Transaction Monitoring (TM) Retail NL, together with your squad, you have a profound impact on the TM area by being responsible for optimizing the TM model through tuning and back-testing activities. In practice this means that you have a big responsibility in ensuring that our models adequately identify (and hence prevent) financial crime activities. Your team will analyse data from various sources within Rabobank with billions of records and complex structures.
As a Product Owner TM you will:
Be responsible for one of the key areas within Tribe KYC Tech and work in a high-impact and high-paced environment.
Fulfil the role of actively involved foreman in a multi-disciplinary team with roles such as Data Scientists and Anti Money Laundering Experts
Liaise with multiple stakeholders both within and outside the Tribe KYC Tech such as Business, Compliance, and Operations to ensure effective model optimization, in line with the Risk Appetite of the bank.
Ensure that the requirements of stakeholders are translated into appropriate and feasible solutions, by functioning as the linking pin between business and your own data driven team
Actively look for improvements in the current tuning and back-testing process, while streamlining and automating processes where relevant.
Set a clear and transparent roadmap for TM Retail NL model optimization (tuning and back-testing activities), ensuring that deliverables are completed in time and with quality.
Provide transparent, timely and accurate feedback/updates on planning, progress and dependencies. Work with all Stakeholders to pre-agree the content of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR).

As a Product Owner TM Retail NL you will interact closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify business; regulatory; technical and non-functional requirements and create insight in the dependencies between the delivery teams of the Tribe KYC Tech. This all with the overall aim to digitize and innovate KYC to protect society, customers, and our bank.
Execution focus, pro-activeness, solution-orientation, stakeholder management capabilities and stress resistance are clearly essential for the role of Product Owner. In addition, it's important that you recognize yourself in the checklist below:
Academic technical background/level;
At least 5 years of work experience as Product Owner/Project or similar role in the field of analytics;
Professional knowledge of and experience with analytical and IT solutions (strong analytics component in role);
Strong consulting skills. Excellent presentation and advisory skills.
Ability to involve and influence stakeholders at every (senior) level in proposals and build a valuable relationship;
Strong ability to manage people from different disciplines and motivate, inspire and coach them.
Knowledge of the KYC domain; (inter)national risk and regulatory domains; and/or payments domain is a preference;
Extensive experience with agile working method;
Good at process-based thinking and simplifying things;
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and Dutch is a plus.
Entrepreneurial and can do mentality.

A gross monthly salary between € 4,426.06 and € 6,260.34 (scale 9/10) - based on your educational background, knowledge and professional experience.
