About the role

Credit Analysts are responsible for providing valuable prudential and client relationship support to Account Managers. This includes providing financial analysis and credit submissions for moderately complex agribusiness accounts and client engagement. This permanent full-time role located in our Wagga hub. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with Rural Managers to deliver client outcomes;
• Analyse and interpret financial statements, identifying industry trends;
• Engage in preparation of loan applications;
• Evaluate credit risks and make recommendations regarding client’s business proposals; and
• Develop and foster strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.

 
Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will have experience in an agribusiness banking environment or similar role. A tertiary qualification in agriculture, accounting, finance or a related discipline is desirable. How do people describe you?

• Client focused with a positive attitude;

• Works effectively through team collaboration;

• Articulate with strong verbal and written skills; and

• Analytical with sound agribusiness financial literacy.
