Solution expert and primary point of contact between RAF and Vendors for operational items. Will be responsible for having a full understanding of the internal and vendor’s system capabilities and how they are deployed and utilized at RDS. Serves as internal support for items that cannot be resolved by the RDS Help Desk and is responsible for escalating to Vendor(s) as needed for resolution. Responsible for all operational processes between RDS and Vendor(s) including managing the change control process, tracking and monitoring SLA’s, reconciling invoices, and maintaining a product roadmap. Serves internal departments as the point of contact for Vendor related information and activities associated with satisfying the ongoing operational requirements of other departmental policies and procedures (i.e. Vendor Management, Security, compliance, IT, etc.). Will be a standing member of any/all Vendor related projects for enhancements and releases.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Responsible for understanding the full product solution, its capabilities, and how it is being used by RAF in order to support users as well as provide analysis and recommendations regarding future uses and solutions to support the business.
Partner with assigned business areas to gain deep understanding of their processes, plans, and how technology solutions are utilized by them.
Understand the full product solution, its capabilities, and how it is used by RAF to support users and provide analysis and recommendations for future uses and solutions to support the business.
Work with RAF business to ensure understanding and utilization of products inherent capabilities.
Create and maintain a product roadmap, working with RAF business units to identify, sequence, and prioritize enhancement requests and upcoming vendor releases with an eye on available budget.
Represent RDS and provide input into Vendor’s product roadmap and enhancement planning.
Produce Feasibility Studies and Business Cases to support Life Cycle Management and prioritization.
Responsible for fulfilling the internal product management requirements associated with other RDS/RAF departmental policies and procedures (Security, Vendor Management, audit, compliance, etc.).
Requirements Elicitation, Analysis, Configuration, and Documentation
Evaluate and analyse business requirements, elicit information to help identify business needs and objectives, and propose solutions to solve problems.
Manage on-going communication and clarification of functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and comprehensible manner to project staff, and other technical stakeholders.
Create and manage Solution Requirements Package supporting Business Requirements:
Use Cases and/or User Stories
Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
Interface Mock-ups and attributes
Process Models and descriptions
Requirements Traceability Deliverables
Application configuration changes with appropriate change management documentation
Requirements management and documentation
Evaluate solution proposals for technical merit and feasibility to satisfy business needs within tolerable cost and risk parameters.
Assist in preparation of testing strategy and test plans and drive SIT and UAT
Complete all mandatory training
Comply with Code of Conduct and Bank policies/procedures
Actively identify incidents outside of established policies and procedures and report to management immediately
Must be familiar with and comply with laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures that are applicable to required job duties
Understands and complies with all RDS and Rabobank anti-money laundering, compliance, and all other applicable laws

Job Skills and Knowledge:
Experience with Radar/Hotdocs or other document assembly Technology (creating, generation, assembly and preparation of documents)
Superb judgement on the appropriateness of the business needs and proposed solution.
Understands requirements (technical and functional) and solutions. Create requirements documentation and high-level solution designs. Identify potential impacts of the solutions to our environment.
Experience operating in a quality control capacity.
Experience working in a project focused organization (Waterfall and Agile).
Understanding of business analysis activities, tasks, tools and deliverables. Excellent oral and written communicator.
Excellent organization, time management, and trouble shooting skills.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Information Technology background
Prior experience with multiple application support
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Management Information Systems or Business Administration
5-7 years IT experience in Financial Services, Regulatory Agency, or relevant Consulting experience
Able to adapt in a changing environment
Relevant professional certifications.
3 or more years of relevant work experience.

This position is subject to the terms of [RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the following salary range: [$69,000.00 - $100,000.00 - $131,100.00]. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to [RDS] employee, including health care benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.”
