Backend developer

Ragna is a backend developer, actively involved in many different communities, and an advocate for women in tech. For the last two years, she has worked on the Digital Connect platform as part of the insurance tribe. Within this platform she, together with her team, creates a generic backend solution for connecting any and all insurances to the platform.

Joep Daandels
DevOpen Engineer

Joep Daandels is an enthusiastic DevOps Engineer from Maaskantje, Netherlands. He graduated as a software engineer from the Avans University of Applied Sciences and is working for Rabobank since 2010. Joep has been involved in several major projects for the bank (SEPA, Rabobank Order Manager, Instant Payments) in the payment solutions domain and has been focused on non-functional requirements, like performance and stability. In recent years he is specialized in machine learning and developed a state-of-the-art deep-learning solution for anomaly detection to enhance IT operations with AIOps. With his team, Joep is currently working on the vision to deliver self-healing IT applications to automatically remediate potential issues in the IT landscape. In his spare time, Joep loves to relax and read a good paper or study some new and interesting technology.
