The minimum period for an internship with us is two months. This is always subject to agreement with the department. Most internships are between three and six months long.

No, that’s not necessary. Rabobank has internships available to students taking many different subjects at university and in higher vocational education (HBO). Take a close look at the internship vacancies to see which of our departments could be looking for you!

International students are very welcome at Rabobank. However, many departments within Rabobank are Dutch oriented. If you don’t speak Dutch, you can apply for any vacancies published in the English language.

Yes. Based on a 36-hour working week your gross monthly compensation would be as follows:
For students from vocational education (mbo): €500. For students from higher vocational education (hbo) and for university students: €600. If you work more or less than 36 hours a week, the compensation is adjusted pro rata.

As an intern you are allocated a permanent supervisor at Rabobank. He or she works in the department where you do your internship and is your first port of call for questions. It’s easy for you to contact other colleagues as well. For instance, for help with questions about your career or personal development.
