Credit Model Business Partner

You will act as the linking pin between the credit models and the data/IT landscape. You help to make it happen. Especially because, as our Credit Model Project Manager, you can make a difference by acting as the Business Partner for the data and IT department on behave of the credit risk modelling organisation.  

Making a difference
As a Credit Model Business Partner you are responsible for:
  • Being the linking pin between credit risk modelling, data scientist and IT delivery teams
  • Combining a content lead role with a coordination role
  • Stakeholder management and communication across the credit modelling, data and IT delivery teams
  • You will act as Business Partner for the data and IT departments, by representing the credit model requirements
  • Work on inter-disciplinary projects with credit risk model components 
In general, you are considered as the centre of competence for all credit risk modelling related topics by the data/IT delivery organisation and you are expected to be creative in enhancement of the BIS related issues and supportive towards the business, globally and on a daily basis.

Our GCM Solutions team brings talented people together (1) to form the employee of the future (support expert staffing for our Advanced Analytics modelling teams, including young professional program), (2) to arrange GCM department processes and planning and (3) to take up GCM-wide topics. GCM is a 150-person strong department responsible for the credit risk models of Rabobank and is part of the Compliance/Legal/Risk area. GCM is a very international department with highly skilled, quantitative analysts. With you as Credit Model Project Manager, the GCM Solutions team will consist of 6 diverse colleagues in a variety of roles, including:

  • Customer focus, collaboration with stakeholders, delivering results and communication power are clearly essential for the role of Credit Model Project Manager. In addition, it’s important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:
  • You have a Master degree
  • You have knowledge of and/or strong affinity with credit risk models,
  • You have knowledge of and/or strong affinity with the Rabobank IT landscape
  • Working proficiency of English is required

  • A gross monthly salary between EUR 3600 and EUR 5200 depending on your experience and Seniority.  This salary is based on a 36 hours contract.

  • A personal budget that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career
