Descrição do cargo:
Responsável por liderar iniciativas de análise de dados, governança e validação de modelos, garantindo qualidade, compliance e eficiência nos processos da FEC. Atuará no desenvolvimento de relatórios gerenciais, dashboards e automações, além de suportar a supervisão de modelos e IA, assegurando explicabilidade, fairness e conformidade regulatória.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Governança e Qualidade de Dados: Garantir data lineage, definição de métricas e thresholds, interação com TI e Data Office.
  • Modelos e AI Oversight: Monitorar explicabilidade, bias/fairness, evidências regulatórias e interação com segunda linha.
  • Relatórios e Dashboards: Criar e manter relatórios gerenciais, indicadores e dashboards em Power BI.
  • Interação com Stakeholders: Colaborar com áreas internas para melhoria contínua e integridade dos dados.

Qualificações:

  • Graduação em Engenharia, Estatística, Ciência da Computação, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em PLD, Compliance/FEC, model risk ou analytics.
  • Conhecimentos técnicos: Python, SQL, versionamento; desejável experiência com dashboards (Power BI).
  • Conhecimento de AI governance e Model Validation.
  • Inglês avançado; espanhol é diferencial.
