KYC Change & Support

Be the driving force behind the KYC teams

The colleagues from KYC would not be able to perform as they do without the people of Change & Support. You support the daily KYC operation and improve the work. In doing so, you focus on the processes, systems, tools, reporting & control, training and communication. All in order to jointly achieve the goals at KYC.

At Change & Support, you will be responsible for directing and implementing changes within the KYC field. Change is standard for you and you know how to get people on board like no other. You work together with motivated, often multidisciplinary, teams and ensure that everyone can work well and pleasantly and that everyone can develop themselves. Your skills are therefore indispensable in building a robust KYC organisation that is ready for the future.

Do you seize every opportunity to optimise processes? Are you completely at home in the Lean philosophy, Agile working methods and our rapidly changing business? Then we are looking for you to take KYC at Rabobank to an even higher level.
