ReLOAD your knowledge & insights, from your comfy couch!
On Friday September 24th from 9.00-13.30 we organize a Digital Summer Experience; a unique opportunity to learn how Rabobank (as a co-operative organisation) and its employees are making a difference towards society as well as to the economy.
Jan Nieuweboer will deliver the plenary keynote. Jan is one of the HR’s innovation managers and focusses on the Future of Work. He will take us on a trip to see what challenges lie ahead and how Rabobank is determined to remain a great place to work. Of course, the Covid-19 crisis has sped up some of these developments. He has been in a unique situation to investigate and advise on what to do next, providing you with forefront information on hybrid working. What would your question be to Jan Nieuweboer during this live event?
Furthermore you can choose to listen in break-out rooms to the Rabo speakers of your area interest:
Data & Analytics: Joris Beckers (Lead Data Interpretation & Translation) will tell you how Rabobank is able to unlock the potential of data driven working and fact based decision making by translating data into concrete insights that helps to make Rabobank perform at its best.
IT: Mimoent Haddouti (Global Head First Line Risk & Security) will give you a glimpse into the world of cyber security. She will touch upon topics such as – What is our cyber security vision and strategy? Which cyber threats are we facing and how is Rabobank responding to this dynamic threat landscape? What are the cyber security practices and capabilities helps us to be and stay resilient in the future? And many more…
Finance: Are you curious about the Rabo Carbon Bank? How its business model works? Why Rabobank decided to enter the sustainability market and what role Rabobank can play in a greener future? Join this Rabo Carbon Bank webinar with Alexander van de Koevering (Managing Director Carbon Banking).
After the break-out sessions there will be a plenary workshop in which you will learn how to set-up the perfect pitch. These skills you can use for the rest of your life!
Last but not least our current trainees and recruiters will tell you more about our trainee programs in a Q&A session. They are also happy to answer all other questions related to working at Rabobank.
